INFORMATION & TERMS Return for a full refund within 7 days. Must be in the same condition as shipped from Gunning's. Customer pays return freight. We wait ten days for personal checks to clear before shipping. With cashiers checks or money orders, items are shipped in 3 days. Overseas buyers use International money order or wire transfer. We happily accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. CA RESIDENTS SUBJECT TO 7.75% SALES TAX We reserve the right to decide what models may or may not be put on lay away. Approved lay aways require 30% down and 30% within 30 days. Balance due in 60 days. IF LAYAWAY PAYMENTS ARE NOT PAID ON TIME, ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO INVENTORY AND ALL DEPOSIT MONIES FORFEITED. Any problems please call (415) 454-3087. Models may be held on request for a maximum of one week at our discretion. (a) Consignment fee is 25% and the customer is paid 3 weeks after the date of sale; (b) items must be left a minimum of 120 days; (c) only clean items in good condition accepted; (d) repairs will be done at our discretion at a rate of $35.00 per hour with owner's approval. On new and upcoming models, we charge 20% over dealer net cost and a 10% deposit is required. Balance is due within 2 weeks of notice to buyer. Requests for extensions must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. We use UPS. Customer is responsible for shipping costs: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air are available.
